Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadGrade (“LeadGrade,” “we,” or “us”), a Compound Labs product, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. We built LeadGrade to work from your own accounts on your behalf, so we access only what we need to do that job.

What we collect

Account information — your name, business name, email, and sign-in details.
Lead and company data — from the CRM you connect (HubSpot): the contacts created since the last watermark, and the company record held against a lead’s domain.
Form submissions — whatever your own forms post to your webhook endpoint: the fields the person filled in, and the form they came through.
Usage data — basic information about how you use the Service, used to keep it running and improve it.

How we use it

To score and rank the leads in your account, with the reasons for each score.
To resolve company details from the CRM record you already hold, and to write back the properties you approve.
To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
To communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not pool your leads with anyone else’s, and we do not use your data to score another customer’s inbound.

Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize LeadGrade to access it through that provider’s official interface, using the narrowest permissions the feature needs. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your settings, which stops future access.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate LeadGrade (such as hosting and payment processing) under agreements that protect it, or when required by law. Your invoice reminders are sent to the recipients you and the Service select for follow-up.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit access to what each feature requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at hello@thecompound.tech.
